Campus School SAC Board April 7, 2003

The SAC Board meeting was called to order @ 1:30 pm by President Deborah Peppers. Minutes of the last were omitted.

The agenda was passed out. First on the table was the book fair. Tammy Vanderhook presented an end of the school year book fair, which we agreed was an excellent idea. It would only be for one day. It was approved.

Robin Childs, from Tiger Tracks, presented a SAC Board/Committee election form. The form is to allow the parent body “a voice” in submitting names for slots on the Board and Committees. The President and II Vice Treasurer will remain on board. The question was asked if we had rules and guidelines for electing the board. She was told that teachers submitted names and seated President go from there to received names. The president for that school usually solicits names for his or her school year. The deadline for forms is May 1, 2003.

The Yearbook Committee submitted yearbook information for ads. We need to find out what the budget is for the yearbook.
